Hardly Greb got better as the series progressed. Even then, in 1924 (when they fought for the last time) Loughran didn't reach his peak yet, in my opinion. While his style is not really similar to Jones', but in class as a boxer, in defensive and punching skills he was probably the closest to Jones of anyone Greb faced in his career.

If you think that bull**** comes close to the talent of James Toney, Bernard Hopkins, and for ****s sake Roy Jones, you are a old-timing nuthugging dumbass.

*I don't want the same excuses about the video(playing around, old etc). His facial expression was serious as ****...

Here is the reality of Greb in an actual match.

"He could hit from impossible angles. Once, after Harry missed a right to my face, he spun all the way around so that his back faced me. I relaxed my guard and waited for him to turn around. But before I knew what was happening, his left was stuck in my mouth. I still don't know how he did it, but he hit me while his hands faced in the opposite direction."

    Mickey Walker

"He was never in one spot for more than half a second," said Tunney. "All my punches were aimed and timed properly but they always wound up hitting empty air. He'd jump in and out, slamming me with a left and whirling me around with his right or the other way around.
"My arms were plastered with leather and although I jabbed, hooked and crossed, it was like fighting an octopus."

    Gene Tunney

Jones Jr or Hagler is the best bet, stylistically.

The fighter who could best control their laughter would beat Greb.

I guess Gene Tunney lost because he couldnt?

    Reality check here.

Gene Tunney would have slaughtered Monzon or Hagler.

    I was kidding, relax.

But in reality, I haven't seen Greb fight, so who am I to judge who could beat him?

I'll take a stab and say Robinson KOs him.

I think Robinson is a decent pick, but i'd abandon the KO prediction though.

    Nahhhhh.

I have absolutely no idea. Personal accounts from when he fought, and a record, do nothing for me. I have to see someone fight. And right now I don't care, I'm depressed about my exam I'm going to fail.. .. so I'm taking it out on guys who spar like clowns.

This site is not helpfull to my academic aspirations either.

What would I have to do to get myself a month ban?

You'll struggle to acheive it in Classic, it's basically God's country.

The lounge is the place to be if you need a ban i'm afraid.
