people think its between teh fighters, but its not...well partly...here is what i believe:

-arum is on reasonable grounds aware of pacquiao taking perfomance enhancers
-arum is aware mayweather coud possibly still win despite pacquiao taking them
    -arum hates mayweather
-pacquiao truly does not want to fight him

Of course, but the only way information they don't want on that site can be removed is if they control the person reponsible for the site. Pac stated that it was not his site, yet the information was removed immediately. If it wasn't his site, then he would not be able to have the info pulled.

If I recall correctly, the issue was that "Olympic-style drug testing" requires that there be NO mandatory cut-off date. Floyd was ready to compromise on a reasonable cut-off date but was basically told by those who do the testing, "That's not how we do the testing."

I agree with you on one thing - the only barrier to the fight is Bob Arum. Manny wants it, Floyd wants it, Roach wants it, Oscar wants it, HBO wants it, Vegas wants it, the fans want it..............Bob ****ing Arum.

Been saying this since peep's started wanting this fight, Arum don't want it.
But w/Mayweather's win on SAT. I think the momentum has been shifted somewhat into Floyd's yard now.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Mayweather play this out a lil' longer just to **** with them now....lol

Nope. Floyd said if they agreed on a cutoff, they would just pay another company to administer it. The problem was his compromise was 14 days, and team Pac wouldn't go below 24. It's now apparent that Arum is the one who won't go below 24 because Pac seems ok with it.

i dont think either man will be able to agree on anything in the fight.from the gloves to the puse split & and drug testing.that at 1st would have been a 50/50 split but mayweather would probably want a 60/40 split with manny saying **** that 55/45.mayweather is not going to like that and he is still going to want the drug testing.manny aint going for that **** either, so i dont see either man agreeing to anything.so i dont think they will fight either, they will just dominate boxing and the 1st one between them two to lose a fight will be considered the inferior to the one that has not still losed yet.something like that maybe.i just dont think the fight will happen plan and simple.

I agree, I said this when the original disputes occurred. The man is a selfish, greedy scumbag who deserves to be burned alive for what he's done to our sport.

Let's all write hand written letters to Bob Arum describing what a piece of trash he is!

Im sure Arum will agree to the 14 day window. He just wants to play hardball first, use the "okay, we will agree to 14 days" as negotiation leverage. They have nothing to gain by just outright putting it out there, Arum is trying to be smart with it. Heck he might even use it to get the fight in Texas as he seems to want to, "We will agree to 14 days if you fight in Texas, or you give Pac first billing".

It was Arum from the beginning and it will be Arum until the bloody end, He was saying from the very beginning when people started asking for the pac v may fight he said he didnt want it and pretty much sank it, because bottom line is regarless if Manny want the fight which I truly beleive he does, Manny does not have the final say on who he fights.
Arum does look for Margs v Manny in Dallas in the fall BOOK IT

Why should it be Arum's call on the blood testing procedures, anyway? He's just there to promote the fight and make the contract. As far I as I understand it Pac and Roach tell Arum their blood testing window and then Arum transmits that.
