    Yea, when I help guys with mitts, we do speed drills for the last 30 seconds of the round.

    i would not recommend them after having my wraps on i struggled getting my hands in properly and could not make a fist because ov it. every sparring session i used them my thumbs got bashed they dont have much protection on the hand either.
    just my two cents you might like them:good

    nice video..hey how come the guys are training in collared polo type shirts? I imagine that'd be very uncomfortable.

    I had adidas, now have Reyes. All i can say is invest in a pair of Reyes, you will never regret it:good
