I considered Griffith but i'll admit only briefly. I like Rodriguez as the head to head man myself, i need to score all of their bouts but from the bits i've seen Rodriguez bodes very well. It's a bit unfair to say Griffith is more beatable because he was more proven, but if i'm honest with myself i like Rodriguez in this regard.
Top 5 is hard, but it'd have to have Hearns in any top5 head to head, can't believe no ones mentioned him, he'd destroy Napoles and smashed Duran who's been mentioned already. I'd have to pick him over Burley, Walker, Galivan, Mayweather to. On another day of the week he might have beat Leonard, he did in the rematch.
