Or at least just as big..
This guy is as gutsy as as they get..
Hefoufht the most avoided competition and most feared fighters of last couple years.. Guys who are huge risk to little reward.. At time when no one wanted to be mentioned in same sentence as Margarito he fought him TWICE.
Martinez was no ones chioce of opponent when he didn't have a title and Cintron fought him holding his own.. Wheather decision was bad or not he sure did better then Pavlik who was undisputed middle weight champ.
He fought and clearly beat the very respected and tough undefeated Angulo who everyone will agree is a fighter to the core.he also moved up a weight class.
Now he is fighting still the most avoided fighter in boxing Paul Williams..
As great as Pac and Mayweather are they would rather have needles stuck in their eyes then even consider fighting Williams..

If u ask me if u wanna call yourself welterweight champ u either get balls and fight everyone including Williams or STFU and keep hiding.
Exactly what Mayweather and Pac are doing.

So why are so often people calling him a ***** with no heart. Who is weak mentally?? With resume like that considering how late he started boxing.

People say that not because of who he fought, but how he acted when he fought them. Particularly the first Margarito fight where he seemed to be throwing himself on the ground in hopes that the corner would stop it until he finally walked over to the corner in the middle of the fight to get them to throw in the towel. Also, he seemed to quit in the Martinez fight when he took the initial 10 count on that counter Maravilla hit him with.

I can't say anything, I'm not a boxer, they all have bigger balls than me:lol:

Oh, one other thing...Margarito was not high risk/low reward and neither was Angulo or Paul Williams.

he's weak mentally not tough enough and doesnt have a fighters heart.. he had no choice to fight the guys he did.. is not like he was the big name that could just fight bums and make money .. he needed to make a name for himself and thats why he fought them..

Cintron in no way did better than Pavlik. He didn't even do close to as good as Pavlik. Cintron only won two rounds against Martinez, Pavlik won four. Pavlik also only lost to Martinez once, Cintron lost to him twice in one fight.

what the **** has that got to do with it?

I'm sure Clottey did better against Pac than i could do, but it doesn't make his performance any less pathetic.

He possibly talked his way out of a ko defeat against Martinez, (that and/or the ref was just completely inept), he pulled out of a fight against Williams once before due to his alleged hand injury but once Williams agreed to fight Quintana, Kermit called out pretty much every ww except for Williams, and he complained habitually to the ref in his second fight against Margarito about rabbit punches when he was ducking his head down into the line of fire.

Needless to say, but I vehemently disagree.

He accepted fight w/ the top guys, only to act like an ******* during those fights. He'd be better off ducking them and fight like a man. Other then the angula fight, that was his best fight. I'd love to see a rematch

His resume is fairly quality, from a competition faced perspective.

He's a B level fighter who is now in with this third world class opponent (second A level).

He'll always look like a beast against the Matthyses of the world, and wins over B- guys like Angulo (that's right) and Estrada are always possible (although I'd actually slightly favor the newly rededicated King David over him in a rematch...just made of tougher stuff...) but he will always lose to top shelf talent like Martinez (regardless of some dumb**** judges' opinions) and Williams; and Margarito just has his #.
