To be fair, mate, 'on paper' this fight looked awesome. It was livening up in the fourth as well before Cintron did his Superman impression. Darke also said at one point about one of the fighters on the undercard, 'he was due to fight over here at one point'. Whenever the media desks were shown I never saw them either. The whole thing reminded me of that time on Setanta when Bunce went behind the screen to point out that Woodhall and Rawling weren't behind it.
I wonder if he has taken a miraculous supersonic direct flight from LA to Leicester for the second playoff game that's just about to start.
I loved it when darke spoke the truth about pac and mayweather " if they dont fight then quite frankly its an absolute disgrace"
Darke and Nelson werent at the fight, you heard the sound, it was dubbed over the broadcast sound. Ian Darke actually saved the night with his good commentery and wit. Johnny Nelson was actually quite good as commentater. I also sliked Smith and Watt in the studio.
Come on Bunce, why the hell would Cintron want to bale out...10 seconds earlier he had shook Williams to the soles of his boots and the mantis was draped all over him like a cheap *****....makes no sense
I'd agree with that, but only listen to his voice...I hate it when he does that little shoe shine impression when he is describing the action post fight
Good point it was a refreshingly honest commentary. Cintron made no attempt to even move once he was prone on the floor which unless he was seriously injured doesn't ring true.
Nelson's commentary was good I thought. Argenis Mendez vs Martin Honorio was a good well matched fight, enjoyed that.
