Please vote and explain your choice :good

Also - do you think Brandon Vera would be a good opponent for Lyoto Machida's next fight? Machida had difficulty with Rua's kickboxing style and skills, so Vera would be a good test for him as he has good Muay Thai as well.

I voted Jon Jones but thats because Shogun has already beat Rampage and Nog decisively while Rashad doesn't have anything in his arsenal to really trouble Rua. I could see Jones' size and unorthodox grappling style causing problems for Shogun but theres still a lot of question marks around the guy that will only be answered in time.

Probably lil nog or rampage. I think rampage is more well rounded than most of the fighters in that list. The only problem is that he has problems with muay thai fighters. He was destroyed by wanderlei and shogun in pride cuz he had no defense for their muay thai.

For Shogun's next opponent I'd like to see him fight the winner of Rampage/Rashad.

    Jon Jones - after Rampage/Rashad.

L'il Nog - not too familiar with him so I can't comment.

I would much rather see Machida against the loser of the Rampage/Rashad fight. As far as Brandon Vera is concerned, after his showing versus Jon Jones I thing Machida would be too much for him.

I picked Rashad because it is possible that Rashad could win using his wrestling to tire Shogun and win the fight in that fashion.
