floyd-mosley is a fight between two americans while pac-cotto between two non-english speaking filipino and puerto rican. floyd-mosley was hyped to hell and GBP invested huge amounts of money in promotions while Top Rank's arum doesn't believe in huge promotions thus letting pac-cotto just sell for itself.
