My god, I must admit I'm pretty aggrevated after reading this post... I'm not a Mayweather-hater, at least I try not to be, the guys talent is just sick, everybody need to agree on this now. He is by far the p4p no. 1 and among the best ever regardless of what you think of him as a person.

But to blame Cotto for taken on weak opponents is just outrageous, and to question his move up in weight from 140 lbs. without being lineal champion is plain stupid, you already said he was to big... What about Mayweather as a lightweight talking about Tzyu, I guess that was to hard after he lost the first fight to Castillo...

Cotto is the hardest working man in boxing, plain and simple. The man has taken on everyone without even a break after a hard fight... Torres, Malignaggi, Quintana, Mosley, Margarito, Clottey and then Pacquiao without blinking and without "cleaning the sport" or what was the excuse... Mayweather never was a crusader, he came back because boxing was doing fine without him, and Pacquaio had taken his throne, not for the love. And look, I don't blame him for that, but all that with drugs is just a lame spin from the camp. It's all on a silver platter, he just have to beat Pacquiao and he's the ATG... He's the better athlete, stronger, bigger and more technically sound, and now he has a chin as well.

What's annoying is when Cotto fans make up all sorts of hypothetical scenarios in which Cotto might win.

For example: BUT WHAT IF COTTO FOUGHT PAC/MARGARITO/FLOYD/ETC. AT 140/147/154/WHATEVER AND WAS TRAINED BY STEWARD/ROACH/ETC.-- THEN HE MIGHT'VE WON!!!

I do think it is funny that the man never won a title off a champ his whole career, just beating bums for paper titles. He was scared to fight P-Will after Margo, but after Paul vacates Cotto rises from hiding to fight Jennings for Paul vacated belt.

I also love how Cotto was about to be KO'd by Zab, until those monster dick shots he started throwing out of nowhere, that didn't get his ass DQ'd.

I'll be surprised if Cotto beats Foreman.
