comonwealth l/middle champ, can make welter or even l/w, but wheres the opening for him at them weights, he's already beat matt haton, but he's the euro champ at welter, sam webb, or tony small must fancy his title as he's a smaller man. i don't know what his next move is. any ideas or info on his situation.

His foray in the Light Middle division was just a one-off. He had to step in and save the joint headline show after the McDonagh vs Woolcombe fight fell through just a few days before the event. Hatton has plenty of Welters in his stable (M Hatton, Thompson, Vassell) and the division itself is stacked domestically so he shouldn't find it hard to get some meaningful fights - especially with Hatton showing his willingness to push his fighters on.

He pretty much got robbed against John O'Donnell last year in a cracking fight. Good fighter who will pretty much fight anyone - took his last title fight on 2 days notice, 2 weights up from what he can make.
I'd expect him to beat British LWW Champ Lenny Daws fairly handily if they were to met up

It appears he's in the boxing black hole with Nicky Cook

i dident think he got robbed it was a close fight, though he should have got a rematch, i agree with the rest of it, but i know he,s an avoided fighter, so will he hold onto his l/middle title as a backup.

I wouldn't mind seeing that fight too, both with Hatton though aren't they? Could be made easily enough but would they want to?

Well it was a fairly close fight but I just felt at the time that he'd won by a couple of rounds and was unlucky to lose his belt. Don't know why a rematch wasn't made as it was one of the best fights itv showed with Hennessy.
I don't think he'll vacate the title till he gets a shot at another belt either.
