You come across like a whiny kid crying because he didn't get the toy he wanted... and when the parent finally gives in, he cries some more because he didn't get it soon enough.
Seriously what does it matter when Pac agreed to what? The fact of the matter is that he agreed, so Floyd now has the toy he wanted, he (his fans) should stop crying.

Im pissed off cause we could of had this fight already but because Pac needs 3 days to recover after getting his blood taken canceled that.

    But now it's okay.

    I just don't get it.

Because it isnt all about PEDs,needles and blood. Team Pac refuses to be bullied through negotiations. Mayweather proved his point in the Mosley fight and Pac wanting to satisfy the fan demand will agree to Floyd's terms to what stalled the fight the first time.

It's really not that hard to think of reasons. I can think of several:
    1. Negotiation tactics
    2. Time constraints
    3. Pac's team doesn't want they other side to completely have their way
    4. Arum sabotaged the negotiations because he wanted the fight in Dallas..

Seriously, there are plenty of scenarios here. None of which are relevant today since Pac has agreed to what was blocking the original plans.

PAC give in to Floyd's original demand of 14 days since it's part of his responsibility to deliver this fight to the fans. He said wherever he goes, fans kept on asking when the Floyd fight gonna happen.

at the end of the day though, history will reflect it on floyds part and thats what really matters. he asked for something completely new, got what he wanted and then asked for more. roach said from the start they didnt want to give into any mayweather demands because he knew that if he gave into one, mayweather will go and ask for another.

Floyd did up to the fight drug testing with mosley. Why would he now offer 14 day cut off again?

Before the mosley fight mayweather already said he wont be offering 14 days again. Now many finally accepts 14 days, people acting like mayweather never said his new terms a while ago LOL

maybe but what if the style testing is our future...then people will question why a drug test held up one of the biggest fights in boxing....u agree?

there are signs that say boxing is actually headed to more strenuous testing.

Because he never wanted to offer a cutoff date in the first place. The 14 day deal was his way of bending back as far as he can to appease Arum and the fans. When Floyd was rejected I don't blame him for making the offer null and void. Why should he be ridiculed for it? If my garage sale ended 5 months ago and today you knocked on my door looking for a cheap lawnmower and I say, "Sorry, the offer is no longer valid," would that make me a bad guy? I don't like rejecting people but you have to look at it from a business point of view.

Both guys should be equally blamed for coming up with ***** ass stipulations in the first place. Their diva attitude is what's preventing a fight the fans deserve to see. Maybe it's just not possible for them to agree on a deal. At this point it's like trying to convince two supermodels to marry you. Obviously both of them is going to feel like they deserve all the pie and not just a piece of it.

If fans really want to see this fight happen, then they should really stop taking hard positions on either side. Public support just gives them a reason to stand their ground.
14 day was OK before, it should be now, just urge them to accept and sign the contract.
