Yeah look i get why people like Sutton i just think sometimes he doesnt gie 100% like say Luke, he seems like a lazy footballer like the Harry Kewell of Soccer.

The Dragons were great last night, and to be honest, Parra weren't that terrible. They were just unable to raise their level enough and the Dragons never dropped off the pace all night.

The Dragons dont play boring footy either, it's just that they usually kill the contest which doesnt make the game as exciting as it could be.

Lets see if it'll be enough for them to hang with the mighty red and greens.

Sutton has the potential to do a lot of damage in the origin arena, however, I still maintain that he needs to shine and become an inspiration when the going gets tough because lets face it, 95% of origin games are tough and arent one way traffic like yesterdays win.

I'm still waiting for Sutton to open up a game when the team are in a real dog fight with someone. If he can do that on a regular basis then he should be considered for origin.

Also thought Sandow had his best game of the season.

 

Rhys Wesser had his best game for a long time yesterday.

 

That he did. I've been giving both him and Sandow a bit of stick and they both proved me wrong (for now anyway) yesterday.

Wesser ran the line perfectly yesterday. Previously this last month or so, he's been reliable under the high ball, but has ballsed it up during his running and ball playing.

Hopefully we see more of it for the remainder of the season.

some of the biggest, tallest, most talented, exciting RL players in the last 10 years have been pacific islanders. the NRL and rugby if full of them. BUT NONE IN THE AFL!!!!!

so what does the AFL do to attract islanders to the AFL......? they buy 2....TWO 2 popular ISLANDERS FROM THE NRL, WHO ARE stars, to play AFL. ISRAEL, AND HUNT.!!!!!!!

its all about getting big, tall strong exciting island kids playing AFL......identifying with it, and watching it, and buying the merchandise.......and supporting the new AFL FRANCHISES ON THE GOLD COAST AND SYDNEY...

They bought one tall dud, and one short dud. Neither have the body types to hang it with the AFL players.
