Looks a bit awkward, but he isn't usually standing southpaw.

He is flat footed with duck feet. That works well when it comes to grappling as his feet allow more stability. Roach does some good pads, I think it could help GSP.

Since when was GSP's boxing bad ? Thats probably a cool down anyway I seriously doubt thats anyones usual shadow boxing routine. I dont think it is GSP it looks like him from the back but why in the hell would he all of a sudden change his boxing stance ?

That gym looks tiny- that and all the people around it must be a pain in the ass to train there.

He looks awkward in the clip because he's not a southpaw and he's practicing from that stance. Unless you've been doing that for a really, really long time it's very hard to switch it up like that and look fluid. From an orthodox stance his boxing isn't bad at all, at least for MMA.

I'd like to see GSP vs Dawson in a boxing match! I got GSP via superman punch in the 2nd round

Dawson would destroy GSP in a boxing match... GSP's main strength is his superb wrestling skills.

It's all good that's why he came to roach to learn from the best. GSP is always trying to improve his game that's why his the best. He could learn a lot from roach.
