Why is Gamboa avoiding Cab?

how 'bout letting him get a few more names on his resume so the hype would bring n more money-- Yuri's in the drivers seat... right?

Boxing politics suck. Caba says hell fight anyone but was offered 250K for the Gamboa fight but he rejected it. On the other hand Caba received that much for the Yordan fight. So really, Gamboas team is low balling Caba and im pretty sure JuanMa is also.

 

Gamboa isn't personally going to duck anyone, he's knows he can beat everybody.

 

Rojas is gonna spark him.

 

I think Gamboa will be top 5 P4P by 2011, but i bet its his team who probably choose who he fights not him.

 

Cab can keep him of the distance and outwork or even kayo him Cab is a danger and Gamboa is just scared

 

Gamboa probably will be top 5 p4p by 2011, without having faced anyone. They won't let him face Caba because it's too dangerous for a guy like Gamboa.
He's not an elite level boxer and he'll get exposed when he faces one. He's the next Naseem Hamed. He has elite level power, and he's relying on that instead of fixing all his obvious technical flaws. His handlers recognize this so they aren't going to butcher that cash cow until they're forced to.

 

I honestly don't know much on this whole scenario but Caballero just turned down Top Ranks offer to fight Gamboa.

 

More than likely it's a promoter call, Would you put up your $ maker Vs. Caballero?

caballero is the one ducking juanma and gamboa.. he was offer a quater of a million dollars and he said no,, but before he was saying he fights juanma for free if he have to but i guess 250thousand is not enough for a guy that fight in half empty arenas back home not even on PPV.. caballero has convince a lot of people with his bus**** talk.. you guys fall for anything
