Curry at his best would have been to mobile, slick and sharp for Tito..a winner by a 15 round decision.
Curry in 1984 or 5 would outbox Tito and win a decision. He was too fast. Curry of 1986 gets stopped in the later rounds.
I agree with this Tito could really crack at 154,Curry's prime may be the shortest in the history of boxing he actually stayed at 147 to long and it caught up with him,but in his prime he was 1 the most dynamic best skilled fighters I've ever seen,at 147 pre Honeyghan Curry would carve him up and stop him,Curry was the better fighter, but Tito had the better career, but boy was Curry great for that short time.
I think Curry would beat him, Curry had problems with guys that bum rushed him and jumped in at him with punches imo, that way he could not measure them as well, however from the a distance where he could dictate range Curry was very dangerous, a sharp counter puncher. IMO Tito had a tendency to get hit with shots down the middle, usually right hands, and there were few straighter punches than Don Curry.
