I'm with you. I never liked Rashad because of his "flashy" style I thought he seemed arrogant and just a dick. Then I saw him on TUF as a coach and he seemed TOTALLY NOT what I thought. Rampage is a moron, he has no clas and is a baby killer. His act is played out and unfunny. I don't understand most people rooting for this guy.
I almost guarantee Rashad beats shogun.. I can't wait till the line comes out on that fight. I'm betting the freakin house.
Dude it wasnt even close to the greatest come from behind KO in UFC history. Once Rogan comes down from his high he will probablly be like jesus christ I said some stupid **** tonight.
Luis Cane vs. Cyrille Diabaté Great comeback from Cyrille after getting dropped. He displayed some incredibly crisp striking. Cane has now dropped two in a row and I have no idea where he goes from here. Melvin Guillard vs. Waylon Lowe Brutal body shot. Not much else to say. Melvin is always exciting and always dangerous. Efrain Escudero vs. Dan Lauzon One sided beat down. Boring fight. I don't like either of these guys. Amir Sadollah vs. Dong Hyun Kim Was expecting a more exciting battle, but Kim did what he needed to do to get the win. Amir had no answers, but I still look forward to his next fight. He has a lot of potential. Diego Sanchez vs. John Hathaway Was not at all expecting Hathaway to dominate it the way he did. That knee was brutal, and would have knocked most people out. Diego has one hell of a chin. Antônio Rogério Nogueira vs. Jason Brilz Brilz did surprisingly well, but I scored the fight for Nog. Not a robbery at all. Brilz only won the second round. Todd Duffee vs. Mike Russow Hilarious fight. Duffee was looking incredible in the first, and just deteriorated gradually. I don't think it was the best comeback KO in the history of MMA, though. That title has to go to Smith/Le. Michael Bisping vs. Dan Miller Decent fight. Sloppy boxing match, for the most part. Bisping never seems to improve all that much. Quinton Jackson vs. Rashad Evans Once again, Rashad dominates and gets caught in the third round. I'm really surprised that he was able to recover, but Rampage pretty much allowed him to. I'm not so sure that Rampage lost due to ring rust, I just think that Rashad really is too fast. Decent night of fights. Dream 14 last night was better.
[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jdEP7oA1a3Q[/ame] Well he's been doing it a while. How many kids you see do that in a wrestling match?
after watching some Rampage highlight videos on youtube i kinda fell into the Rampage ko hype but in all seriousness the man is frustrating to watch and honestly i just dont think hes that good.
No, he was was hurt on the ground from the punch that dropped him to his knees. He ended up on his back because his legs buckled and he fell down. It was indirectly because of the punch that had him on ***** street, but he still slipped. I thought that Rampage landed a lot more than he actually did when I watched it live.
I don't get it either. Evans has made a few questionable moves in the cage and his fights can be snoozefests, but he seems like a decent guy in real life. Rampage is an ignorant piece of ****. I got tired of his act a couple of years ago. I've never been high on Evans, but I'd always root for him over Jackson.
He's getting older, been in a few wars, and beaten some great fighters. I am taking into account that he has been off for a while as well. If he starts fighting again on a regular basis then he might be able to bounce back but we will see.
Look Rashad aint the best we know that. One thing hes right though, JAckson needs to stop purposely acting like a dumb black man. Hes just the definition of unfunny. How people defend this guy who lulled me to sleep against an outsized Hendo and Lindland. Lost to a C level griffin and Koed two guys who shoudlt be fighting at this stage. Its crazy. If I let Rampage punch me, would he knock me out? Sure he will. Hes not all that bad.
Quinton hasn't picked anybody up for a slam in YEARS! He fell in love with boxing and he hasn't done very well with it a couple good wins a couple bad losses. Then again that has been his whole career some good wins some bnad losses he should be happy his lose tonight isn't how he usually loses, (brutally beaten).
Yeah was surprised Rashad pushed him to the cage so easy. Has Rampage even thrown someone in the UFC? Shame he didn't finish Evans when he had the chance(his only chance).
