Angulo would fight him in a mili second! "el perro" would take the fight to kirkland!!! Then we will see how tough kirkland really is!!

 

Manny is not even a legit 147 pounder! Yet you want to talk sh** because a big 154 pounder like kirkland would beat manny!!?? .... To be honest I think little manny would still box the breaks off kirkland! Kirkland is a B level fighter that will be exposed by a good boxer! Hell even Angulo would beat his ass!!

Pac would straight up make Kirkland his *****. I had no idea Kirkland was so overrated. Is it cause he beat Joel Julio or Brian Vera?

 

if both were fighting at welterweight, kirkland will be going home to ****land as pac destroys his face with flushes but at middleweight, i dont think pac can handle the power of a MW.

 

Pacquiao would definetly have a big size disadvantage but he's hard to use size against because he has such fast feet. He doesn't have the best footwork but I can't think of many fighters ever, with faster feet. For that reason, it's hard to use size against him. Clottey may be as big on fight night but we saw that he couldn't use his strength either.

I really like Kirkland but he is very hittable. He hits hard and applies good pressure but he is too raw for Pacquiao. He's like a big, 1970's Chevrolet engine that needs a lot of fine tuning to be able to match a small 2010 Porsche. He comes in too eagerly and gets hot clean which is too dangerous against such a sharp puncher.

As for Pacquiao, he hasn't shown any vulnerability against punchers in years so I see no reason to suggest that he could get stopped or even badly hurt. His defence is fine against most boxers and he wouldn't take too many punches. As long as he avoided sitting on the ropes, he'd be fine.

I think Pacquiao wins in about 10. Despite being tough, Kirkland would not be able to eat the constant shots that he would need to, to survive the distance.
