Two good fights up on boxrec concerning Healy and Rea though tough opponents but fights they could win,(Rea more so imo).Is shaping up nicely now cant wait.

no he dosent wear the gaer when sparring but your right he is a mad oul ****! he said he remembered watching one of barry mcguigans fights when he was in korea and said to me that "he had lovley hair and a handsome mustache"

 

With all the interest in Willie Casey i looked up his amateur career,He won intermediate title a good few years back with Southill then was gone for a few years before he reappeared 4 years ago as a senior,
He fought Eric Donovan,Davey Oliver,Carl frampton,Jimmy Moore,Ross Hickey,Eamon Touhy,Pajo Hyland and Kevin Fennesey and was beaten by all of them.
In fact i saw him box Touhy in the seniors two years ago and Touhy hammered the guy,He certainly didnt look like a prizefighter winner then,
The point im making is was it the amateur style that did'nt suit him (but then again prizefighter is 3x3 minutes) or was it the lack of a good coach which he has now in Phil?

i agree great sparring for me and i reckon im more than holding my own with these top boys. napa is a slick little fighter and he quite good inside uses his height to his advantage and tries to stay low. cheers mate :good

Ha ha, I'm glad hes a loopy as he seems. Pity he doesn't fight more often.

I best start growing myself a handsome mustache to impress the ladies. Who knew a mustache could be handsome?

Will they let you know a rough idea of what time you go on. I'd like to have a cool refreshing glass of sherbert before the fight but I don't want to end up missing you by a bit of bad timing
