What time does your gym open?

7 PM on week days, 5 PM in the weekend.

 

5:30 but no one really gets there until six. I show up around 6-6:15 because I hate it when there is only like two people in the gym lol. We work hard and we're called Cherry Lane Boxing & Youth Fitness. Our gym is obsessed with technique and everyone I've seen spar has pretty good defense. I always here "Keep your hands up!" everyday lol. Sorry I know you just asked what time it opens but I wanted to share this with you.

 

So none of your gyms are open in the mornings or early afternoons?

 

Mine has a fitness class at I think 12-1, then we open up again at 3 until 9ish.

Those are the official hours but you can pretty much go train whenever you want because there's always someone there as two of the coaches do personal training during the day.

 

ayep mines is open 9-12 am tuesday,thursday and saturday and 3-9pm monday to friday

 

5:30am-10:30am then 4:30pm-9pm

 

8 am on weekdays. 10 am on saturdays.

 

5.30pm-8.30pm

 

6:45 to around 9

ours used to start about 5-30 for schoolboys and juniors and i think it was 6-30 for seniors.10 am on sunday mornings

 

they say 5 - 9 but it usually opens at 4 for kids to come right after school. no weekends.
