The only thing is theres a lot more to in then that Homebrand.

    - Will Cotto continue to fall as a fighter after the Pac beating?
    - How will he cope with fighting at 154, against a true 154lb fighter?
    - How will he effectively close the gap on someone who is pretty decent at controlling space and holds such a size advantage? Foreman isnt the slowest guy out there so he should be able to catch Cotto coming in.
    - There are ?'s surrounding Cottos dedication and desire at the moment. Ya, words are cheap, and just because Cotto has said hes fallen back in love with boxing doesnt make it so. If Cotto starts retreating like hes been doing lately.... its over IMO.
    - How will Cotto's punches (who were losing their impact on wearing fighters down even at 147) deal with now having to be behind 10oz gloves?

i could go on and on and on. This fight is more then, well... cotto in his prime is a better fighter then yuri so he wins.

    Just IMO. :good

I'm pumped for this fight. Can't wait to see how Cotto looks in the ring under Manny's tutelage. I'm nervous, but I hope Cotto looks good. I don't see Cotto losing against Foreman. Talk all you want about his reach and movement and speed, but these are not the kind of fighters that beat Cotto. Cotto is beaten by guys who can take his punch. He is beaten by guys who earn his respect with their power. You have to make Cotto back up and to do that, you have to hurt him. I'm sorry, but at only 8 KO's, I don't see Foreman having that kind of power. Cotto has been in the ring with some hard punchers, guys who knew how to put pressure on. Foreman is not a pressure fighter, and I don't believe he can keep from getting tagged for 12 full rounds against Cotto, who is a master at cutting off the ring.

If Foreman can't hurt Cotto and make him respect his power, Cotto will walk in and brutalize him. I see this going very similar to the Malignaggi fight. Foreman goes the 12 rounds with Cotto, but pays a heavy price as Cotto wins a UD.

I don't think you're missing much entertainment-wise, but the kid knows what he's doing for sure.

some good points, which i can only agree with...

...however, even taking all that into consideration, i can't see this turning out to be anything other than a win for Cotto. If Yuri wins it I'll be surprised.
