5 if I remember correctly. But that doesn't necessarily give a time span. He could take some time off and come back to fight Amir Khan. That's what I think this is about. PBF is an anglophile, ever since the Hatton fight. He's always getting all hot and bothered for the British market. Duck Pac, wait a while, come back and fight Amir when he's got another title or two. That's the plan, I'm sure.

PBF has a lot of fans in the UK who enjoyed the Mayweather experience when he fought Hatton. The ditty goes

"There's only one Mayweather....... He Talks the talk and he walks the walk all the way to the Money Land"

PBF does not fight for Golden Boy Promotions rather he fights for Mayweather Promotions who are in a strategic alliance with Golden Boy. Frankly the owners of both companies PBF and ODLH cannot stand each other the truth be known but the alliance makes business sense.

blur where are the sources. and its 5 that he has signed with gbp

1 with jmm and 1 with shane but dnt forget he signed a rematch clause in the mosley bout incase he lost or was competitive.

something tells me if he does retire again he will lose his step for sure and will be another case of a great losing to a fighter they would have wooped. it wud hurt me to c a khan beat money

Mayweather has no contract with GBP and therefore has no 5 fight deal.

He has an agreement for 5 fights, but it's not a binding contract I do not think. Basically, GBP doesn't own him like other fighters. It's co-promotional. Floyd would never let a promoter have that much control again after his years with Arum.
