Troy is being very gracious in defeat, not questioning the judgment of the referee or doctor, and admits he can't see.

    Canadians are so polite.

Vargas did it to Tito in their fight. Punch landed sideways and the thumb caught Tito. It wasn't on purpose. I would say that's a legal blow. Most gloves today, the thumbs can't be moved easily anyhow.

I had same...most people seem to have USS 10-9 on first three...but I thought Ross took the third.

Rematch is warranted, but with Cunningham's activity level it will be in 2011.

Yes, clear as mud. It wasn't intentional, but Steve hadn't completely turned the punch over. His thumb poked right into the eye. Whether or not that caused the cut, who knows...but short of a head clash it's hard to see what else would have, since no other flush right hands landed in that area.

I thought he said he couldn't see it. I thought he said he couldn't see the cut rather than that he couldn't see?

Well...I hate to earn my vCash this way, but **** it, I will take it and be happy and score some *vCrack with it.

*vCrack is perfectly legal, made mostly of a flavored crystallized vSugar and makes you impervious to judgment for three or more days at a time, varying by dosage and self esteem.

The knuckleheads at boxrec have it listed as "TKO5".

The bell didn't ring to start the fifth.

It should be changed to "RTD4".

Well, some might argue it should be changed to a TD, but Cunningham would still have narrowly won on points anyway (38-37 on my card). :yep

I wouldn't have a huge problem with that card. Yeah, that would swing it the other way - Ross by a point instead of Cunningham by a point.

    The point is moot now.

It couldnt possibly be more clear that it was a thumb. They just showed it from overhead, and its not even close. Not a legal punch, and a fraudulent TKO. And with the KD, I had Ross winning that fight. He got cheated, but that was to be expected, considering hes fighting a Sauerland fighter in Germany.
