Are Degale & Chisora top of the bill fighters yet?

Degale is expected to headline arena's and hopefully stadiums. If his next fight is not for British, Commonwealth or European I do not think it would justify headline status.

However Chisora will be a great meal ticket immediately. He can have some high profile soft defences. He can go the 'shot name' route and take on Skelton or Rogan. A big money rematch and pick up the commonwealth belt, or fight some of the young guns. Larry would make Delboy look very good, and if I were FW I would want him next. I would not be keen on matching him with either Sprott or Harrison yet. Both would make him look bad and there is easier money on offer elsewhere.

Not saying they wont be headlining bills, not even saying that they wont deserve to be in time, but as of right now they aren't top of the bill material and shouldn't be.

I think Chisora as British Champ deserves to top the likes of the York Hall etc

Not yet. I think Degale will be. But i wouldnt buy a ticket solely to see either fighter. If there was a superb undercard then i may be tempted, but they wouldnt draw me in alone...not yet anyway

What are you talking about? Degale is the WBA international super middleweight champion of the world! After dethroning the mighty Sam Horton he will fill Wembley Stadium for his first defence.

    Yeah, depending on the opponent.

Chisora vs Fury/Rogan/Sexton/Harrison could all be headline/joint headline fights.

DeGale vs Smith/Groves would be a headline fight right now, although the Groves fight is highly unlikely right now.
