Poll above and post your thoughts below.

Higher weight (one would imagine, depending on the contract negotiations). Manny Steward in Cotto's corner this time. Cotto learns from the tough loss the first time around. Pacquiao has a lot on his plate now, including being a new congressman with extra responsibilities. Cotto wants revenge. Pacquiao wants to make more history.

    Who you got and why?

Hard to bet against Pac looking at the last fight, but all the positive changes on Cotto's side afford him a much better showing than last time in my view.

Pac would still probably take it. Even at 154 he'd roll out there fighting like some ridiculous dragonball z character in the ring. Yes, that's my rationale.

Well it is very hard voting against Pacquiao, cause we all saw what happened the last time they fought.

The second fight would be magnificent...the four brilliant rounds in their first fight would be extended through the fight wherein both men would get knocked down, but never out, neither willing to give up, in a fight of the ages, a bigger version of pac v morales I.

Are we talking PED Pac or USADA Approved Pac?

    Big difference.

i dont really want to see two midget/dwarft like looking guys exchanging blows. 147 is the max weight for the two.

Pac still takes it on points, but Cotto should do better. Something like 116-112 possibly with a KD either way.
