Cotto's had quite a bit of good scraps and he is a joy to watch especially in his prime.

Fantastic fight, so many twists and turns. Would have been great if that same fight had happened later when Torres was a champion.

The thing that impressed me most about that performace is that once Cotto was hurt and he adjusted, he didn't begin to run around the ring and box... instead he adjusted by coming straight at Torres and started wrecking to the body. That may have been Cottos ballsiest performance to date.

Great fight. It was especially great because I wasn't expecting anything from it. Torres had no resume coming into this fight and I viewed him as an opponent put in the ring to make Cotto look good. What the heck has happened to Torres anyway? I remember his fights with Holt and then he disappeared...

Just another fight that showed Cottoe's true china chin on full display for the world to see. He went life and death with a guy (Tores) who was a short notice fighter and had only like two weeks to prepare for the fight. Had Tores had a full training camp he would've destroyed Cottoe in the 2nd round and the fanatical nut huggers of Cottoe would have never existed.
