Manny no question. Better resume, first 7-division champ of all time, dude came up from the ****ing super flyweights and he's still knocking bitches out at 147. to boot, he hasn't extended his stay in the pros for too long like RJJ has. Make no mistake, RJJ is the P4P king of the 90's and a personal favorite of mine in and out of the ring, but Manny's accomplishments outweigh his.

First former middleweight champion to capture a HW title in 106 yrs

Barring a robbery of epic proportions Silver (Should be Gold )Medalist

And that's not including his championships in his 5 divisions ..Not so certain how much of Manny's accomplishments outweigh Jones ..But that's my opinion ..

Dude has that win against Saasukal at Flyweight and is still wasting guys at 147. Against clottey and cotto, everyone saw the size difference, but it just didnt matter. This is why i rank pacquiao higher. Its because his fighting style with the high ouput, often looking to take a punch to land two or three is still there now even when having clear physical disadvantages. With Roy, his style is naturally geared towards moving up in weight because he didnt take too much punishment.

For Talent/Athleticism it's Roy Jones obviously, I don't even need to explain that one.

Fore resume it's not as far apart as people think at all.

    Pacquiao's best wins -

    Marco Antonio Barerra x2
    Erik Morales x2
    Oscar Larios
    Ricky Hatton
    Miguel Cotto
    Juan Manuel Marquez

    Roy Jones best wins -

    Bernard Hopkins
    Antonio Tarver
    John Ruiz
    Virgil Hill
    James Toney
    Jorge Castro
    Thulani Malinga

You could give the slight edge to Pacquaio on resume but it's not far apart, so my rating could swing either way I mean it's hard to choose between them for me they shouldn't be separated by anymore than 10 spots overall, if that.

    Pac's ability is massively underrated

RJJ is indeed a great fighter, but all these "Pac had more accomplishments but Jones has alot more ability" comments are bull****. Total double standards.

Pac is a step ahead of RJJ

No question, this greblike feat is laudable. But I still think Manny went through tougher fighters to get where he is, and more tough fighters in general. Manny has a better HoFer to taxi driver ratio than jones does, by a wide margin if that makes sense..

I am a HUGE Pacman fan but I have to go with RJJ. Beat the ATG's Toney and Hopkins in their primes. There is no excuse on his wins either, cant say they were old or not relevant..those guys were great when he beat them. You can make many arguments against Pac's W's. RJJ destroyed and dominated all opposition and went up and won the Heavyweight title..which is the most prestigious title that can be held in boxing. RJJ by at least half a mile. You cant name 2 fighters who you think could beat RJJ in his prime I can name over 10 that Im pretty sure could beat Pacman

Roy Jones, he made tough opponent looks easy any days through out the 90's
even that fight against Ruiz looks easy to him, he's just dancing as usual and landing clean punches at will. at 83kg, Jones still gave up 15kg to Ruiz

No ****. But he definitely has faced less greats than manny and more bums. I'm not denying his best wins.
