Manny faught Josh at 147 when he only came in at 144 or 145 and Cotto Beat Josh at 146. Do you fault Josh for facing a guy he came in lighter at weigh in?
I believe that was before the fight, in which case he's not going to say 'Yeah, it's affecting me'. Maybe it did maybe it didn't affect him in the end, but Team Pacquiao obviously thought it would, otherwise they would never have requested it.
there aint much to say.... sweet pea avoided him at 135 and 140 then wanted the old man at 147.....chavez said **** you meet me half ways and he did.... pretty ****ed up **** on chavez' behalf though, but he lost so what's the big deal.....if chavez would've laid an ass whooping on pea then it would've been a bit controversial, but besides the draw everyone knows pea won.....so no big deal there
Get the **** out with that ****,so you dont have a problem with a guy defending his title four pounds bellow the limit but you're outraged that a guy that weighed in at 146 in his previous fight had to defend his title at 145,you're looking as bright as the meth head in your avatar.
AHAHA....I'm just saying. Cotto faught a great fight with Josh...he was only 146...a pound over where he faced Manny. Considering the domination Manny enjoyed in facing both men its pretty safe to say Miguel wasn't beating Manny no matter what weight they decided on. Not to mention Manny was clearly smaller on fight night anyway. Bringing up the catch weight as a way to say "Miguel lost b/c of....." is even more stupid than putting your hand in a sharks mouth for what ever reason.
i understand what you're saying, but what pisses me off is *******s that act like manny didnt cherry pick opponents and weights.......it's a fact that he did wether or not cotto says it affected him.....
easier said then done when a warrior like cotto is out to prove himself against the best....... how about this...IF MANNY DONT LIKE BOXINGS ALREADY ****ED UP DIVISION ****, THEN FIND ANOTHER CAREER......:deal
