cotto vs andre berto...... very winnable provided he stays to mannys game plan

cotto vs corey spinks..... easy fight for him... shud be easier than zab judah
    to pick up another belt

cotto vs dzinrik...... a test of his new skill at 154 and what hes learnd from manny

cotto vs cintron..... hahahaha... cintron crys bcuz cottos tattos are better than his.. but seriiously very intreging matchup.... cintron might come to really prove himself... but cotto is highly favored

cotto vs martinez.... hard match for him... martinez is super slick and throws punches from wierd angles jus like pac...

cotto vs paul williams.... dont want to see it. cotto put his work in already. he doesnt need a needless war with p.will jus to get his face torn up from long range...

cotto vs margarito 2...... even tho we all want to see him get his revenge... its probly never gonna happen... lets be satisfied with shane knocking him out for cotto

cotto vs pac 2.... dont want to see it. we already established that pac and may are in another league in boxing...

cotto vs hatton??????? wow never thought of that 1... hatton could possibly make 154 cuz hes blown up like precious... good matchup if hatton still has the fire.. if not cotto steam rolls over him

i want to see cotto fight atleast 4-5 more times then he shud retire... hes proven himself as a warrior in his wins and losses..he needs easy to semi easy fight so he can get nice paychecks to feed his fam...personally.. when he was fighting pac and they showed his wife in da stands watching him get ****ed up... that was kinda heart wrenching.. he doesnt need to go throught that any more....

post some easy fight suggestions for cotto for keep his respect and go out on top!!!!!

psycologically he may say that he doesnt mind fighting pac or margorito but seems that a fighter with his personality will find it hard to post wins against ighters he lost against in a ko fashion but thats just my opinion

he should stay away from martinez

hatton at 154 would be a farce

id like to see him vs tito if he could make the weight of 154 wold be a high grossing event

@ 154lbs Cotto should avoid any/all fighters who can punch well & have great chin.
(His style ain't built to last that pressure & especially not at 154)

    IMO.

You know what, I'm liking the thought of Cotto vs Hatton at 147. It's a weight that both can make relatively easily, and a fight that would be HUGE! Cotto would take this offer in a heartbeat, not sure if Hatton would though.

There are a few decent fights at 147, a weight which I think he is at his best. Berto is the only guy I can think of at the minute, or maybe a Mosley re-match. Or maybe even asking someone from the 140 division to come up and have a scrap. Tim Bradley maybe?

if thats the case... why settle for bradley... go for punk ass kahn and spit in roaches face... (ohh that would be my dream).. but seriously i dont think any 140 would give him any credit(noteritey) besides kahn and even thats streching it... berto is a very good matchup at 147 and fighting shane again would be pointless as there headed in seperate directions now... shane is on the verge of retiring unless he sticks around to play gatekeeper for the 147s

jus think of 4 matches inorder for cotto to go out on a good note!

    example: spinks>cintron>hatton>berto retire.

    Cotto v Margo 2

Banish the demona and only have the PAC loss on his resume

We might see a different Cotto if he avenges the Margo loss

I can't see Khan moving up to 147 to fight a still game Cotto. He's only been at 140 for a year, and won't be leaving that division for a good few years. Whereas Bradley is a much more accomplished fighter, that can hold his own against a Cotto. Furthermore, I think he's expressed desire to fight up at 147.

I'm not too keen on him fighting Cintron or Spinks to be honest.

I'm still think that Cotto might end up fighting his mandatory because the WBA will force it to fight that tall Japaneses, then set up a fight with another tall fighter in Williams.

Cotto's so beloved because he fights the toughest fights. He's a true competitor. I don't want to see him fight shitty opponents just so he can win.
