The biggest misconception is that Mundine is a wasted talent. No he isn't. He and his team know he isn't that good. Yes he has talent, but it's not wasted. That doesn't excuse him from testing himself as we all rightfully detest. He is a waste.
Can Victor call himself a 2 division 3 time world champion? Has Victor ever sold out a stadium and humbled a nation? Or Has Victor quit against a guy who kotelnik beat? :good
victor is 22 and already fought at a sold out maddison square garden. the pretender has'nt even fought anyone the caliber of nat cambell. he,s also golden boy's top kid. by the time he's 26 he'll have a realy world title not an intrem one that's vacant. he may have quit after getting up twice, unlike the pretender who quit's on his feet when faced with a real fighter, or just gets knocked out cold by a little knowen midget.
I think you will find khan is golden boy's 'top kid'. Mundine is a 3 time world champion and has never quit and wasn't even boxing at 22 :thumbsup. The corpse of nate campbell is not a good win :good.
according to de la hoya, it's victor, and i would'nt concider two vacant titles real world titles, against a long past it antwon eckels or a to lite nobody like san solomon. but i like the fact your only boxing knowledge comes from the internet and the no idea australian media, hey you keep the dream alive on the couch. after watching mundine train a couple of times and then getting two watch mayweather get ready for the mosley fight and victor train there realy is no comparison. but im sure you would have a better idea from your computer desk champ
Good call Jet. Many of his fights we all know have been out and out wastes of good ring space, and career time. On the recent interview on the DSS radio show he said 'the next 5 years will be the ones people will remember me for'. Glad in a way to hear that, because he certainly won't be well remembered for the last 5 years!
If he is still fighting in 5 years, I'l walk to Perth backwards. He is very nieve if he thinks he has that long left in the sport. He is on the skids now. He's one or two competitive fights away from being cooked. I hope he makes 154 because it brings forward his retirement date. Which can't come soon enough.
The only boxing you have done is with your keyboard judging by this mess of a post. Ortiz isn't gonna take khan's belt, bradley's belt or alexander's belts so how is he going to be a world champion like "the man" was? Poor call. Not like he had the biggest grossing supermiddleweight fight of it's time or won a world title . It's not like people post about him and perpetuate his reputation either. Clown atsch.
