only a couple hundred a fight, which disapears fast when u add in the funds u pay promotion, trainers and coaches
Between 600-1000 as the home fighter, between 800-1500 as the opponent. The above posters are speaking ****. Thats £ btw.
Mate, in the US you don't make that much. Not at all. We're talking $400 for an entry level fight in the US.
I'm only in the early stages of the amatuers, but I have a good four years before I will consider going pro....looking at some of th eguys who fight in pro....they don't look too good.
depends your amateur experience i.e De la Hoya a gold medalist made quite a bit in his first fight while someone like hopkins didn't make nearly as much
LOL they don't look that good"" That is as crazy as a sparring partner that jumps in with the champ and tells everyone I gave him hell for 4 rounds. Buddy they are a lot better than they look to U.
i have to agree, i bought a 30lbs punch bag for christmas and ive been using it for a solid 20 minutes every week, on the weekends when im not out hitting the clubs or getting pissed ive being doing pushups n ****, im thinking ill be able to turn pro in a few months.
Because I'm fourteen you think that I'm stupid and a quitter? Well I tell you, if I was going to quit then I'd have quite when I lost three consecutive fights as my first three. I have continued to box an won my last fight, inside the distance. I work as hard as anyone. The only people who quit boxing are the weak, the people who aren't true fighters, and the people who listen to guys like you.
I'm not talking about the up and comers. I'm talking about some of the BUMS they fight. Some guys are just terrible!! I can't give examples by record as a record does not always show the fighter....but some guys are just ****.
