I have defended Haye in the past over his career choices, but I will not defend him if he fights Harrison.

Do you feel that he has chosen a dangerous and worthy title challenger?

Fact of the matter is, Audley Harrison is a name. No matter what anybody says, he is the former Olympic Heavyweight Champion....at a time when boxing mattered to the public. This will always be with him, and there will always be expectations of him.

Against Martin Rogan, its obvious he has mental issues inside of the ring. The actions he was showing against Rogan, back that point up. Boxing is a battle not just physically, but mentally aswell.

This is a area, which is overlooked in sport....this is why i have allot of empathy for Audley Harrison and respect him. Because he keeps putting himself in a situation, sometimes where he dose'nt want to be.

Fact of the matter is, he is 38 years old. People thought he was finished, everybody watching that fight against Michael Sprott thought he was finished and in the dieing seconds of his career in round 12th...

    Wrong............they where all so wrong.

    The Equalizer..!

    Bull****!!

AN old shot Sprott was dominating Fraudley for 11 round until 1 LUCKY PUNCH turned things right on sprotts head!

Audley was clearly a great amateur but as a pro hes too scared to engage whenver he is backed up and if this **** fight goes ahead

    HAYE KO inside 3 rounds..

I was happy for Harrison when he won that fight, and felt he deserved a break. I put up a post congratulating him on the win.

In respect of David Haye, I have high expectations of him when it comes to picking his title challengers. He has criticised Wlad K for taking fights with top 10 ranked contenders, and has been disrespectfull to him.

I can defend that if he is serious about taking on the best challengers available. Otherwise I have to pull him up on it.

Since I post in the classic forum for the most part, I have high standards. Mr Haye is doomed to be compared to Joe Louis.

Audley Harrison was injured against Michael Sprott, but he never gave up. It was not a lucky punch, he did not throw it with his eye's closed.......Audley Harrison knew going into that last round. That he needed a knockout........

Watch this round, did Michael Sprott backed Audley Harrison up in the last round..? Yes he did, Michael Sprott was applying pressure and possible at the best attack of the fight.

Did Audley Harrison **** himself..? No he composed himself for once, and set up the knocked out.........thats a fact.

    Are you a ****..? Yes

    Are you a twat..? Yes

    Are you wrong...? Yes

    I'm i right..........? Yes

    **** You...

I think i just read you correctly....he composed himself FOR ONCE!!
what happened in his other 26 fights??

Hey props to the guy for fighting with an injury but hell hes a pro boxer, **** happens..just ask Abraham, Haye, Williams etc etc

Still doesnt hide the fact hes been beaten by journeyman/taxi drivers and is scared shitless whenever someone starts throwing bombs..
Sprott could have taken him out early on had he not gassed, come to think of it did that not happen in there first fight...OH YEA IT DID!!

    Haye KO inside 3

    :good:hi:

Audley has not earned the fight but i think he will turn up and for once he will give it everything he has.Haye will still probably be too much for Aud but it could be a better fight than people think.

Did he loose 26 of his other fights or something..? No.....here's your little mate..:hi: go on **** off you twat.

Its a known fact that Audley Harrison has mental issues inside of the ring/self confidents problems. And thats why i admire him, because he keeps putting himself in situations...where he has no choice but to face these demons.

Alittle to much is being made out of Audley Harrison being scared of people throwing bombs. Michael Sprott was coming at him, all the way through the fight.

The Bottom Line is, Audley Harrison gave Heavyweight Boxing its knockout of the year.

The Bottom Line is, if David Haye is hit by Audley Harrison he's gone. I think he hits harder than David Haye, and technically i think he's a better fighter.

David Haye is facing a big man, who can counter punch with speed. This fight is not so simple, David Haye does not walk forward against a fighter who out sizes him....

David Haye is intimidated by size, and he show's it in his heavyweight fights.

This fight is not over in 3 rounds...

Well if he has self confidence/mental issues inside the ring it's a pity he forgets all about them the second he's outside the ring.

Sick listening to his bull****, he's done nothing to deserve a shot.

Forget all the rubbish about him being a name, it's a shite fight.

And shut up with this talk about the equaliser, he's knocked out Sprott big deal. Sprott put Harrison on his arse for about 5 mins with a punch just as lethal.

Strangely enough I would like to see this fight

Of course i'd love to see Haye Vs Either Klitschko but if they dont happen which it doesnt seem likely, then I wouldnt mind seeing Haye V Harrison.

So you wanna be by the book..?

Did Rocky Deserve a title shot against Apollo Creed in rocky 1..?

Was Rocky a former Olympic Champion, former European Champion..?

    No and no.

This is boxing, people are trying to make out that Audley Harrison is some bum off the street. Audley Harrison is a professional fighter, who has stuck it out, he's 38 years of age and his still fighting.

Did Leon Spinks really really deserve the shot against Muhammad Ali...?

Seems like you wanna be all by the ****ing book, well lets be by the ****ing book. Half the people who have fought for the World title IN THE past 20 years, don't really deserve a title shot with your ****-ASS attitude.

Who the **** are you, to denie someone a Heavyweight title shot..?

Audley Harrison has stuck it out in this game, and the fact of the matter is.......no one has really been able to beat him out of this game.

It was a film, but it was also one of the most motivational and inspiring films of all-time. If you work hard, and stick out you deserve a chance..!

Audley Harrison has kept on chipping away, Audley Harrison is not just fighting against the other guy in the corner.

He's fighting Millions of critics, and haters.

But still he carrys himself as a decent man, and has impeccable conduct.
