He's undefeated and only went the distance twice. Won the Light Heavyweight National Golden Gloves in 2001 and is now a 6' 4" full fledged heavyweight ranked in the top 20 by boxrec. How does he do against top 20 fighters?
one thing for sure is that he is being brought up very very slowly. too slowly looking one boxrec i can see that: - he ko'd a guy in 1 round who retired due to injury in the 6th against brock. - he fought a 37 year old guy who lost against Chagaev when he was 33. Both beat him by KO3 - he ko'ed a guy in 7 rounds, 5 months after than guy nearly shutout Yanqui Diaz in a 10 round fight. Diaz has been on a horrible losing streak though. - he fought this guy in his 16th fight. Sad. http://www.boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=15718&cat=boxer Doesn't look like he'll be making any noise in the heavyweight division
He's a decent guy, good not great but he is still learning the ropes, has great heart. He had an exciting fight against Willis on the PPV of Mayweather-Baldomir, check it out if you can. Probably the best fight that evening.
Hes a strong puncher but slow theirs lots of his fight on YOUTUBE check some out. He could beat some top 20 guys chris bird and ruiz for sure.
Sedreck fields is actually not that bad, his record is tricky. A lot of fights he was robbed. I have seen Arreola fight though, but from the sounds of it Ruiz and Byrd would both destroy the kid, he doesn't have enough experience yet.
