I see many people argue about this question. Some say that Klitchkos are ATG's others say that they are not even close. Many speculate on how well would either Klitchko do against some of all time greats. Decades ago boxing was much more popular , there was more of better competition so the champion must be superior to that of current HW champ. Others say todays HW's although not as technically sound are just to big and to strong for ATG's of the past. Many ATG's certainly had prettier style than either of Klithkos but pretty does not always translate into effective. Klithko's are big but we have all seen big guys get outclassed by a smaller more technically sound fighter. You can point to any "fact" you would like but the only fact will remain. Good or bad this is only a speculation . We will never see those boxers fight each other so no one will ever know. There are just to many variables for anyone to have definitive answer. Even the best of the experts get it wrong once in while when it come to fighters that are still active, imagine them trying to predict what would happen if two fighters that have fought 40+ apart . Take into account human memory being really inaccurate , nostalgic feelings top that with some good patriotism and you got yourself unbeatable heroes. On the other hand of course you got Klitchko fans who have only seen like 2 fights with Muhamed Ali and all of the sudden they know everything about boxing. So what even qualifies anyone to become an ATG. I believe its consistent domination and that is exactly what Klithkos are doing its an indisputable fact. Weaker competition= weaker champ although logical is still a speculation.

Vitali would give a tough fight to every former HW champ.I dont see anybody who could KO him.Steward's Wlad is like machine , unbeatable today but of course his chin is his weakness

Time will tell. To be honest Wlad's career has gone much like Joe Louis's career. His best competition was early on and he has outstanding skills and power. His chin was exposed but he bounced back, and he is a dominate champion but in a weak era.

Hell no,no way. They are super heavyweights parading around in the heavyweight division.Rocky Marciano was a heavyweight,do they look like they were in the same weight class. The division is behind the times. The average height of an American was 5'7" when Lincoln was in office. The average heavy weight was less than 220 pounds in 1940's.But now we have the NBA and NFL right in front of our face to show us we are in a completely different era of size and weight and we need to adjust. There should be a super heavy weight division or the division will suffer forever.I like Iverson more than Shaq because "I don't identify with giants".

HOF, yes, ATG. no. The K brothers are big, strong, powerful and talented but it's not their fault that their overall competitors suck. I think that's what prevents them from being considered an ATG.

Considering very few fighters (less than 5) could really claim to having a chance if Wlad or Vitali turned up in prime form on the night, yes.

I'm not a big fan of either but they have been on top for a long time and should be remembered for it. It's been a weak era in the heavy division but they have both dominated regardless. They are both close to ATG status but not there yet.

hard to say...Ali outboxes both of them...Frazier, Tyson (circa 1988), young Foreman, and a prime Lennox KO's both of them as well.

ATG's yes, contenders for GOAT never there simply isnt the competition and never will be.

H2H I beleive wlad can beat any heavyweight of the past or at least give a competative fight. He is technically brilliant , power on par with shavers, tyson and foreman and size is he key factor it would be like matching some of them up Welter vs light heavy(exagerating abit I know) it is simply unfair.
