1st fight - Jose Juan Fuentes vs. Rogelio Barron, 140lbs, starting now.

 

Round 1

Fuentes has the faster hands and feet but no defense. He keeps moving in on Barron throwing reacharound combinations and then darting straight back out. Fuentes DOWN from a Barron counter. Up at eight. He hammers at Barron and continues to eat as many wild counters as he lands punches.

Fuentes was barely winning before the KD.

Round 2

Fuentes a little more cautious now, throwing wide underhooks and uppercuts from the outside instead of just running in and hammering Barron at point blank now. Barron is now the one moving back on his feet a bit, jabbing. Fuentes gives chase and walks into a counter right. Fuentes and Barron trade wildly, with Barron's back to the ropes. Fuentes down off a powerful hook! Barron triumphantly waves his left hand to the crowd. Barron now comes straight at Fuentes, hooking at his face. Fuentes continues to drop hammerlike punches with both fists. Barron the aggressor now.
