I get all mine from boxingdvdvideos.com. They have a brilliant selection and are good prices. I have brought 60 sets in all from them.:good
I get mine from customizedvds.com. He has the best dvr quality that I've seen. I'd tried fightfarm.com,iwmdvds.com,ebay,the james toney website, and some random boxing collector from oklahoma and after getting shitty quality dvrs from these 5 places I found that customizedvds.com thank god. Dvrs aren't like factory dvds. there seems to be always a little amount of fuzz or something but I watch my boxing dvrs on my xbox and i swear they look even more clean playing them thru that machine. I've tried other dvd players and there seems to be a little more fuzz. His website isn't up anymore but just email him at This content is protected and ask him for whatever fights you want. He doesn't have all of them but he has a ****-ton.
the hatton set would be a pretty good buy. thaxston/magee/tackie/phillips/stewart/oliveira/rios and krivolapov were pretty solid fighters. the magee fight was a great one. thaxston was very bloody, and a bit of a war. tackie was still a danger man at the time. phillips was a big punching former world champ who took sharmba mitchell to a split decision in the fight before hatton(mitchell was the number one in the weight at the time) stewart and oliveira were decent fighters. rios was a tough argentinian and krivolapov was a tough european. hope this helps a bit.:good
my box set would have to be my favourite fighter...lennox lewis. gatti, holyfield and trinidad would be great box sets also.
get joe calzaghes. he slays a massive number of americans and never takes a backwards step despite having brittle hands.
Well, if this is a purely hypothetical question, I'm going with Sugar Ray Robinson. Imagine that box set with never seen before footage of him in his prime! Perhaps Henry Armstrong, Harry Greb, or Willie Pep too. If we're talking real world, I basically have Roy Jones Jr.'s already, so I'd go with perhaps Marvin Hagler. I'd also seriously consider SRL, Felix Trinidad, Tyson (plenty of drama in that one!), and Duran.
