Same here, but not whatever I want I do have some rules. I always make sure there's some carbs, protein and fat in every meal. If I workout after that meal it will be a little higher in carbs, the post workout meal will be higher in protein. And ofcourse I try to avoid empty calories (sugar not accompanied by fibers, vitamins and minerals), saturated fats unless accompanied by (poly) unsaturated ones, etc.

It's common sense to you probably but I felt it needed to be mentioned anyway. Some noob may think you're eating french fries every three hours.

The egg yolk contains all of the vitamins and half of the protein of an egg. It has some saturated fat, but also unsaturated. If an egg yolk was bad, a chicken would not give it to its young :D

Also, I hope you vary a little more than this post suggests. Some lean red meat or fish won't hurt every now and then. In fact it would be beneficial, as protein sources need to be varied to maximize the variety in amino acids. It also seems to be void of fats, which is unhealthy. Why not add some fish oil, or flaxseed oil?

I watch WHAT I eat, rather than how much I eat. I always:
-eat lots of low GI carbs in the morning
    -have protein with EVERY meal
-try to keep my carbs mainly from oatmeal, green veggies like broccoli and brown rice. I also limit my carbs as the day goes on.
-make sure to NEVER have a meal with just carbs and fat. always a combo of protein+fat or protein+carbs
    -avoid ALL refined carbs.

For the most part; if it doesn't fly, run, swim or is green, or doesn't resemble its wild form, then I don't eat it.

I eat when I am hungry and drink when I'm thirsty.

At around 7:30 am before I go to work, I'll usually eat some leftovers. Nothing too big, maybe chicken, pork, or beef with a little rice. Or maybe those frozen beef tacos/tacquitos from Trader Joe's.

At 10:15 am, I eat a cup of fruit, usually pineapples, mangos, and grapes.

At 12:15 pm, I eat half of whatever I ordered for lunch. Often it is Japanese food and I usually get salmon and chicken teryiaki. Or I go somewhere else where I get chicken, pork, fish, etc...I only eat a little of the rice.

At 3:15 pm, I eat whatever is left of my lunch along with a cup of watermelon.

Anywhere from 5:30 to 6:30 pm, depending on where and how long I work out, I eat either a power bar (in the middle of a boxing workout) or after my cardio/lifting workout @ 24 HR Fitness, I'll eat some lean meats and bread, something with carbs. Usually the meal is small.

At around 8:30 to 9:30 pm, I eat a small dinner, usually fish or chicken.
