100 bucks says Kenny won't make it out of the first round. Any takers?

    Dempsey KO 1

Norton track record against huge punchers speaks for itself. Dempsey was also cat-quick to go along with his power. Norton most likely does not make it out of round one.

I bet KenNorton, (the poster), thinks he would kill Dempsey.
haha.. yeah, Dempsey would smash the shot out of norton while doing his Dempsey shuffle, followed by two bolo punches, 5 check hooks, and a blistering uppercut to finish him off in one minute
    tops.

I will take Dempsey by an Early KO, Norton didn't have the beard to take Jacks shots!!

Why bother making such an easy matchup Suzie? Dempsey would rip Norton a new ******* in the first round with either of his shots.

Ken Norton probably wouldnt beat Dempsey, but it is very unlikely that he fails to make it out of the first round. In fact, he has the potential to give Dempsey a very tough fight and maybe even win. Which of Dempsey's opponents would start favourite against Ken NOrton?

Doubt it. Norton couldn't take a good punch and against Dempsey he wouldn't stand a chance.

Sure Norton. And I guess you dismiss the fact that Garcia knocked Kenny's lights out. But that doesn't mean anything right? Since Garcia weighs more then Dempsey and since he was black?
You're such a joke, KenNorton. :bart

Norton wouldn't be able to last with any great puncher. That's just a fact of styles and Norton's shaky chin.

I think Dempsey but we are underselling Norton who was a top tier fighter

Norton may well be the best Dempsey ever faced, at least the best . Stylistically Norton doesn't do great against punchers, but Dempsey doesn't hit nearly as hard as Foreman/Shavers though, especially if you put Dempsey in modern gloves. Norton's skills may give Dempsey similar problems to Tunney. And thats not mentioning Norton being the bigger stronger man

I wouldn't want to bet on this fight

    Dempsey all the way.

I wonder why all the Norton match-ups involve huge punchers.
