Which fighter do you think is likley to become a PPV fighter in the future, i.e Headlineing on Sky Box Office like Hatton, Hammed and Lewis have done, i think Bruno did as well. You can't really include Warren fighters, i imagine if he was still with Sky Calzaghe would be.
Haye is probs the best bet if he get H/W shot, but in not picking u the rights to his fight Saturday they really are not investing in him. Jamie Moore perhaps, or Carl Froch if they ever get close to a Unification if they win World Titles. I can see Khan leaving Warren in the future and Sky picking him up. Maybe Witter has a shot if he Unifies or beats Hatton! How many of Hattons fight were PPV before he fought Tysuzu. same with Calzaghe. were they ever on British undercard like Moore is doing for Hatton Mayweather?
A bit further into the future but I would look out for for Scottish boxers Craig McEwan, Kenny Anderson, and Paul Appleby.
Haye, probably. Its not that sky arent investing in him, its simply that King wants too much money for the rights and Sky dont think its a good deal for what they're going to get in return. Just business. Khan I suppose, providing all goes well. Frank will move his fighters as he sees good deals come about. Long way down the road isnt it, a new PPV fighter.
Kenny Anderson won Gold in Melbourne and has great potential, Craig McKewan is a veteran of over 300 amateur bouts and has been taken on full time by Freddie Roache, Paul Appleby is already making waves so why should these boxers be written off so soon? Dunky needs no disguise.
Exactly I got the feeling the guy thought you meant Kevin Anderson and was laughing because Kev had lost last week. I think Kenny Anderson, Paul Appleby, and Craig McEwan will be the future of Scottish boxing.:good
