Just looking to disscuss pre training supplements like N.O XPLODE, XPAND, N.O BLAST, BLACK POWDER, MuscleSpeed, BodyQuicken etc , Feedback and recommendations for pre training supplements etc. thanks in advance.
N.O XPLODE didnt agree with me or anyone else i knew who took it,we all got stoner of headaches and felt drunk
The only supplements I'd recommend are fish oil, a multi vitamin/mineral pill. If you're really having a hard time recovering(like I sometimes do depending on how I ate) then maybe some protein powder. anything else I'd say isn't worth the money.
thanks guys, im taking the multi, flax seed oil and some other supplements, just looking for that extra boost of energy for training. I tried the XPAND tonight and felt really strange after 3 rounds of sparring, light in the head and a bit unsteady on the feet, could be due to my diet also as ive not been eating alot of late. N.O XPLODE i tried last week and it wasnt too bad just too much caffine as i was very jittery and couldnt sleep till 2am in the morning. BodyQUicken ive tried before and i really liked this product but i cant seem to get it from ebay atm. Musclespeed claims to be as good if not better than BodyQuicken. Only one left to test that i have samples for is the N.O Blast which has Peak ATP in it.
lose weight, i not eating much carbs so thats why i was looking for a pre workout formular. Would i be better off mixing my own? Citrulline malate & Beta Alanine?
