its odd, hatton lifts straight after his boxing training/conditioning, he does 15 rounds on the body bag, spars, mitts, bag, rope, speed bag, double end bag and after all that he does his strength training, isn't that too much, and to develop strength doesn't your body have to be fresh and not fatigued?
factual, i've seen quiet alot of his training videos on youtube and a few documentaries, he goes all out and is gasping for air when he goes over to the weight stations.
I don't think you have to be fresh, it's just that you'll get more out of the workout if you are i.e. being able to lift heavier weights. If you mean overtraining that depends on the individual.
That's how you train yourself to have that strength you need when you start to fatigue. He's lifting like a runner - most runners (those that do lift) lift AFTER they run, because it helps them get that strength they need at the end of the race when their body is shutting down on them. Granted, this doesn't include 100m dash runners and the like, those guys only lift for the explosiveness. If you're lifting weights for conditioning, though, it's much better to do it when your body is already fatigued.
i guess so... i dont like hatton but i respect the fact he comes to fight, he is one of the most well conditioned fighter we have today.
Remember he doesn't do no 2 hour weight workout. I believe he does 20 minutes high intensity training. A little like Mike Metzer preached.
Again you prove your ignorance. You seriously just said "Hatton has better stamina because he comes into camps obese". Think that over and come back with a proper statement.
