Cotto's offense was really early in the fight. So this is really lame reasoning, and untrue.

That's like Boom Boom's reasoning for Pac having much superior stamina because he throws 1200 punches in a fight. Just because Floyd's style doesn't permit that doesn't mean he doesn't have that kind of stamina. You're just assuming the best for Floyd in this circumstance in regards to his chin.

It wasn't a serious example, but it was something. Wasn't my prime point, but to show you how off your reasoning is to compare one punch versus another punch in different weightclasses at a different time. Almost impossible to due considering all the variables and factors.

    I brought up those fights?

How does this make me a hypocrite? You're the one saying agree to disagree and then continue arguing with me.

I'm surprised that you didn't use Mayweather taking a knee against Hernandez as a way to prove your point. LMAO.[/quote]

See, there's no denying that Pac has a great chin, I feel Floyds is slightly better.

No, I watched Floyd get hit on the temple by a perfectly clean right hand by Mosley, take 10 seconds to recover. I don't think Pac would of needed 10 seconds, he would of needed more.

Other weight classes, exactly, at 135 I watched get hurt by a lesser puncher.

I come on, Corley hits a lot less harder than Judah and he hurt Mayweather worse than Judah who hit Floyd pretty ****ing clean.

All Ive said and will continue to say, I feel Floyd has the better chin, not by much.

You brought up Judah fight which Floyd wasn't close to being dropped but rather knocked off balance and put hit hand down.

I have nothing better to do. Tomorrow is a day getting ready for the pops to leave for his 3rd chemo. I cant sleep. :D

    Pac/Mayweather advantages/disadvantages:

....................Speed - Pac (faster handspeed and footspeed)
    ......................Skills - Floyd
Style (same as skills) - Pac (pac holds a bigger style advantage imo)
    ...................Stance - Pac
    ..................Stamina - Pac
.......................Chin - Pac (not even debatable)
.....................Heart - Pac (not even debatable)
    ..............Experience - Even ?
    ....................Reach - Floyd
    ...........Height/Taller - Floyd
    Quality of Opponents - Pac
    .......Ring Generalship - Floyd
    .........Corner/Trainer - Pac
    .......................Size - Floyd
    .......................Age - Pac
    ...................Weight - Floyd
....................Power - Floyd (Floyd is bigger and stronger, Pac is a better puncher)

Stylistically both guys offer problems for the other. I see Pac's style causing Floyd a lot more problems at this point. If this was Floyd from feather/lightweight, it may be a different story. Floyd doesn't really box and work behind the jab anymore, and likes to potshot with one or two punches and invite guys in. I see that being a problem against Pac who's going to unload combinations and give a lot of movement which Floyd isn't used to.

Pac is younger, faster, been in many, many tough battles. Those who say Floyd has a better chin and heart are just being nutuggers. There is absolutely no evidence to suggest FLoyd has a better chin. Just because he's taken 1 or 2 good shots once every blue moon doesn't say much of anything about his chin. Try taking a sustained amount of punishment, then we'll know how good your chin really is. Floyd has never been in that situation.

Heart-wise Manny is lightyears ahead. I've seen Floyd get uncomfortable time and time again when the other guy is pressing the action. He's scared to get hit.

Way to tip-toe around this one

Thanks for proving my point earlier that you were judging from fights 10 years ago.

Way to avoid my question sly guy.

    Way to exaggerate it

So I guess for you that means Caballero is bigger than Pac, he has a 3 and half height advantage, as well as a 5 inch reach advantage.

Pac has grown substantially from 130 trying to fit into 147 in the last 2 years.
Floyd has grown substantially from 140 fitting in nicely into 147 in the last 2 years.
Pac weighed in @ 138lbs after eating breakfast and 4 months later Floyd cant even make 144lbs with more than half a million at stake. Pac is clearly forcing his body to fit in @147 while Mayweather's body fits in perfectly with the weight class.

Again you contradicted yourself giving mayweather reach, weight, height and try to soften it up when size gets asked by saying "Barely"

So I suppose Amir Khan is barely bigger than Malinaggi.
Paul Williams is barely bigger than Andre Berto.
Wlad is barely bigger than Haye.
Valuev is barely bigger than Adamek.

in being uncomfortable he still dominates his opponent...that has to prove he has heart. The Mosley fight...come on man...crazy heart diplay. Corely rocked him he fought back...hell the Corley fight was a bravado thing they stood toe to toe and were unloading bombs often.

Pac and Flod's heart are even for me but if some one said Pac i wouldnt argue but lightyears better? you gotta be kidding me.

I believe I said they were equal, no tip toeing.

Right, and your excuses that Pac was never hurt it's a myth isn't stupid either.

So because Floyd dominates his opponents and doesn't need to go to the trenches as much as Pac automatically means he has more heart?

Exaggerate? That's what YOU are you making it out to be.

Caberallo is bigger than Pac, doesn't mean he's going to succeed at 147.

No he hasn't, he's gained roughly 4lbs at most.

Floyds gained about 8lbs since starting at 147 and till now.

Pac isn't forcing his body into anything, what he is doing, is he's not cutting much weight to make the weight.

Pac weighed 138 because he cut too much weight, he was able to eat breakfast because of it.

If he would of cut 2lbs less, he would of never ate breakfast. if he was struggling, he would of never rehydrated to 149

    Exaggeration and the extreme, Lmao.

mayweather is too intelligent to do that against pac unless he thinks it would work if not he will switch his game plan...thats why he's the best imo. get his ass out of there b4 he "figures you out" is anyone's only chance at beating him.

Offensively.....where do you guys rate the two?

Me personaly i think Floyd can fight anyway he wants and can do so effectively...i.e off the back foot, coming forward, on the ropes, in the pocket, medium range, or outside.

While Pac has a massive attack while coming forward i haven't seen him show any variety in his methods besides coming forward....the variety of punches are extraordinary but its all coming forward.

Anyways i see these two offensively closer than many seem to think....but im open for great discussions i know their are points im missing on Pac so what are some of your takes on them offensively?

Offensively...at 147lbs, Pacquiao has the big advantage. Mayweather at 130-135lbs is a different story...but at 147lbs, Mayweather hasn't opened up his offense like he used to. We seen a glimpse of what he is capable of in the Mosley bout,. It was easily his most offensive performance in a good few years.

....................Speed - Even (they both use their speed in different ways)
    ......................Skills - Floyd
Style (same as skills) - Floyd
    ...................Stance - Floyd
..................Stamina - Even (just because Pacquiao throw's 1200 punches a fight and Floyd does'nt, does'nt make Pacquiao fitter)
.......................Chin - Even (we have now seem both of them tested, both stood up)
.....................Heart - Even (neither fighter want's to lose this fight and will give everything)
..............Experience - Debatable, good case for both
    ....................Reach - Floyd
    ...........Height/Taller - Floyd
Quality of Opponents - Again, good cause for both
    .......Ring Generalship - Floyd
    .........Corner/Trainer - Pacquiao
    .......................Size - Floyd
    .......................Age - Even
...................Weight - Floyd, simply because he's fought at WW longer
....................Power - Even again, people discredit Floyd's power, where as Manny hit's hard
