He might........I certainly wouldn't rule it out.
However getting a fight with Alvarez for winning is much more of a punishment than a reward, he'd be brutally battered and stopped in that.

Hatton is already fighting above his station.

Alvarez is a bridge to far.

Hatton will be outpointed on Friday night, but still, I think he would be able to make a fight with Alvarez VERY competitive.

The win over Cuello was impressive only ebcause Chavez Jr wasn't extremely impressive against him. I'm not sold on Alvarez, he isn't a good finisher, and at this stage I don't think he's particularly seasoned.

His best win so far is against a blown-up lightweight. I personally gave Jose Cotto more kudos coming out of that fight, as I think he could be very competitive with the best at 140 (or 135 if he can still make it) he's a tidy fighter.

What fights of the Ukranian have you Nuzhenenko backers seen? Cause I've only seen one and he was ****....Or are we all just basing it on the fact that Hatton is **** as well?

I'm not sold on Alvarez at world level yet, not by a long way. But he beats Matty Hatton everytime.

I like Alvarez a lot, he should definitely beat Hatton no problem.
