No. It made perfect sense the first time. Pac held the cards. However it was insanely strange how he wouldn't fight given the "upside" and all he had to do was pass the drug test. It became clear that Pac wasn't going to drug test and was not "negotiating in good faith", but more attempting to shame FMJ to kill the drug testing provision.

Fast forward to today. These negotiations are a mirror image of the last negotiations except Pac is now asking for 50% that he ruined with Clottey. Also asking for a 14 day testing cut off that he qualifies with an unquantifiable "as long as it is only enough to test".

As before, Uncle Bob is lining up a Rot Stank Boxing Entertainment match in the background with a fighter who was recently KTFO. Ask yourself, in Margarito's position why in the hell are you not in talks to beat Martinez's ass again? Why? Because you already know what you are doing in November.

There is no yes or no. If Mayweather will eat 50/50 to get USADA testing? It is fine. If Pacquiao will eat 5X/4Y for a 14 day cut off window? It is fine.

What makes you a ******* is acting as though somehow after running from the last fight and the Clottey debacle somehow Pac deserves the same terms and FMJ should be in a rush to sign.
