What do you think the outcome of this would be? I think it would be a pretty good entertaining 12 rounder with Hatton coming out on top with a UD. I think it would be an excellent fight, they are both go forward fighters with good chins. NOTE TO POSTERS- Prime Hatton was before his chin was totally smashed and before he was sponsored 24/7 by Guinness. this fight would be at 140
Hatton by ko. Someone would be going down in this fight. Katsidis is a better lightweight than super lighteight.
What a fight this would have been. I could see a few knockdowns on the way to a UD win for Hatton...or late KO bodyshot delivered to the right side from Hatton.
hatton was a more skilled brawler... he would eat up katsidis. I still think there is much more for him to do.
Hatton too guys going at it very simelar styles but hatton has the bigger punch and the bigger man and has done it at the top level. Kats hasnt
Losing to Diaz and Casaymore doesn't fill me with confidence that Katsidis can fight with the top fighters, and fighting at LWW swings it even more so in Hattons favor. Katsidis gets a taste of his own medicine and gets KO'd Mitchell style.
good fight in his prime hatton would murder kats. the hatton that barely beat lazcano would lose to katsidis by tko he was spared a ko the ref made hatton corner tie his laces when he should have ten count
Whatever happens its a Blood & Guts fight! Id pick Hatton in a war.. Could be stopped on cuts either way though!
