    The same reason why many athletes don't get caught even with the unlimited blood tests. The tests are not perfect. Besides, there was no unlimited urine tests throughout training when Mosely was cheating. He was only tested before and after the fight like everyone else.

    Actually EPO cant be detected in urine. So urine is bull****, were not looking for methamphetamines in pacquiao.
