Nobody believed that anyway, i thinks it just that a lot of americans really cant stand euros, no matter what country they come from. They just love it when any euro gets beaten, just look at the way this place goes after a fight when a euro gets beaten by an american, its like the loons have been let out of the asylum LOL, crazy stuff

Not only does America have the most champions in boxing history, but also the GREATEST...Sugar Ray Robinson, Muhammmed Ali, Willie Pep, Joe Louis, ect ect...what do these all time greats have in common? You tell me.

Actually the sad part about it, was not that you took the time to count, but that you're actually factoring all of the Big foot Martin type fighters along with all the washed up hasbeens each man fought.

I'm forced to conclude, by the way that many Eastern Europeans and their defenders act on this forum, that they have a serious inferiority complex regarding their athletic standing in the world, in relation to America.

You are right, too many Americans are too arrogant to see this, in Olympics they are no.1 but they are also no.1 in doping probably, and someone like Armstrong even gets away with this ****.
NFL, NBA, MLB my ass. I dont hate Americans, but their arrogance is sometimes terrible.

For the record, I don't have a problem with either Klitschko and acknowledge that they've both beaten some decent fighters and recorded respectable stats. The only issue that I have is that we're only talking about one era in the 120 year history of the sport where the division is led by Eastern European fighters, and now all of a sudden after over a century, American boxers are " inferior".. Hey, the Klitschko's are great, but let's face it, after lingering at the top of the weight class for nearly a decade, neither man has unified.... Neither man has captured the imaginations of most boxing fans, and both have unanvenged losses to lesser fighters ( a few of which are American. ) I accept the fact that they are the two best heavy weights in the world, but the sentiment of this thread is basically nonsense.

I find it funny when americans slag of smaller countries telling them they are crap at sports (whatever sport it happens to be). But they dont take into account the size difference between countries, take for example last olympics and for arguments sake the UK and US medals count (im not british btw just using it as an example) US total medals 110 and UK's 47 with US having about 5 times the UK population, you could do this with lots of other countries too, but yet people in the UK and others are crap at sports?? Do people really need to explain this type of thing to them i wonder??

it seems as white americans more ashamed of a fact that afro-american athletes completely domintated boxing scene in US (and elsewhere) for years in comparison to white american boxers. now when klitchkos and other former USSR block boxers dramatically reduced afro-american influence in boxing in last 10-15 years, white americans looking on with what ease has that been done likely feel somewhat uncomfortable(?) about themselves in this regard. it creates certain dislike towards east european caucasian fighters. you have to be somewhat like kostya tszyu in terms of excitement to avoid this subconcius dislike of american public..

please do not tag it with racist labels and other bull****. open your mind and think about it, even if it feels unpleasant. these are my thoughts, please feel easy to discuss.
