I wouldn't say Mosley was "successful" but he was lucky the judges went with him. He was surprised as hell when he was announced the victor. I agree with the rest though but I think because of the extra drug testing that people didn't think much of Mayweather fighting a former cheater because he agreed to the tests no problem whereas there is no extra glove testing for Marg it seems.

I don't look down on Pacquiao for taking the match... However, I do hate this match for a huge amount of reasons. That being said, I will still probably watch it.

I still hope that Pacquiao takes on someone more worthy; if he doesn't and Floyd fights Cotto then Pacquiao will have been outdone.

Outside of fighting Mayweather,Pacq will absolutely never get a guarantee any where close to 20 Million.His very best is 12 Million guaranteed and that's not bad at all.But 20 Million it is not.Pacq simply doesn't get paid like Mayweather or De La Hoya.He is not half of the businessman they are.

People who say it's not Pac's fault are implying Pac is an idiot that doesn't have control over his own destiny. It's more Pac's fault than Arum's... Arum wants in-stable fights but he can't force Pac to do something he doesn't want to. Pac simply doesn't care.

as much as i wait like the rest of us for this... it was a ******ed ..psychological move..that never had floyd under pressure to submit to. "go **** yourself and that **** tactic" was basically the message.. left arum out there..grumbling..and dismayed it didn't work...and even knowing he ****ed up..gave some credence to floyd..and said..well...must be his uncle and this and that... he knew he tried to strong arm a fight.

Blame Arum, not Pacquiao. He's the one that lists the opponents. By the look of things it doesn't seem like Margarito will be allowed to fight in the US, you better pray this doesn't happen in Mexico unless you want to see Margarito go in the ring on a bike with knuckle pads and a baseball bat and still get cheers.

 

He has to fight someone,the Mayweather fight has fallen through and what are the other options?A rematch with Cotto.I dont like what Margo did and feel the ban should have been longer but he has served the punishment handed to him.I certainly have not lost any respect for Manny.He needs big name fighters and Margo fits he bill.

 

I mean the fight is suppose to be for a vacant 154lb title, berto would of stepped up and Mosley damn sure would of even tho he just lost to floyd, bcuz thats what pacs used to anyways
