    I think there's no doubt that he is a hall of famer.While he didn't do enough to be considered an ATG,he certainly accomplished enough to earned a spot in the hall of fame.

    Yes...but admittedly I am a fan, including him being one of my favourite boxers of all time.
    Although his career could have been longer he took the showmanship of the sport to a new level. He should have been the first boxer ever to hold all four alphabet belts in one weight class, at one point or another.

    Also, lesser boxers have been inducted...and I know that isn't a great argument, but...

    I don't care about how many titles defences he made or how many he titles he won, those are just statistics.

    Boxing is about who you fought and who you beat. Hamed never beat a single p4p ranked fighter, never beat a single prime HOF standard fighter, and was outclassed the solitary time he did step in with a guy of that calibre.


    Unquestionably, the answer is no. If you include Hamed, you open the floodgates for literally thousands of alphabet titleists with shoddy resumes, and the HOF would be sorely devalued.
