M-boxing source. He said he will go down to 160 by the time he is released. Sounds good to me! Like Ann Wolfe said they will take their time to come back at the level they were. Let's see

A pity Williams wants to go down to 147. This guy wants to go down to 147 at the wrong time. I love Williams mentality but he should stay at 154 fight the rematch with Martinez

Kirkland needs to get a better trainer than Wolfe if he want's to maximize his potential. Ann Wolfe is great to have on his team in a strength and conditioning coach type of role. I think she does an excellent job of getting him physically and mentally ready, but he has some severe technical deficiencies and he gets hit too much. If he doesn't correct that, then he's gonna be a clinic waiting to happen.

True! But he might have learned from it (like B-Hop) or not. We will know soon. The fact that his weight is under control is a good sign though

Williams and his team are idiots for this continual insistence that they're going back to 147. To fight whom? Mayweather and Pacquiao are not going to touch him. Berto is a no-go because they both are represented by Al Haymon. Mosley is fighting Mora in September, which also eliminates him anytime soon.

The real fights for him are at either 154 or 160. The way Rafael is reporting it, it seems like he is ducking Martinez, especially given how hard HBO is pushing for the rematch.

As for Kirkland (don't want to hijack a thread), I can't wait for him to get back. There is no better action fight between Top 10 contenders than him and Angulo at 154.
