He is only entitled to say what he likes if he is prepafred to accept the legal consequences. The idea that freedom of speech exists in this country is ridiculous...it is "freedom" edged with responsibility.

Good post, but if this War is not illegal how is it legal?? or in other words why the fook are our troops there to begin with?? to catch the Taliban who are a terrorsit groupl and not a national army??, surely that would be better suited for the US Navy seals or our SAS and not thousands upon thousands of troops??.

Agree with everything else you say though:good

I believe Small actually means well he is just a proper bonafide thick as pig **** dumbass of the highest order - **** fighter aswell.

Afghanistan is a complex issue. Certainly the attacks of 9/11 were illegal. The USA (surprisingly quickly) established who was to blame and wished to punish them appropriately. Nothing wrong with that. The problem is that those who were responsible (Al Qaeda) where being sheltered by the Taliban. The Taliban offered to give them up to be tried under Sharia law (sp?), the US was having none of that so went looking for them themselves.

Complex indeed. For what it's worth I think we should have just gone in and gave Al Qaeda and anyone who supported them an absolute hammering then left. None of this imposing our culture on them crap, it just doesn't work.

Iraq however, completely different story. Pre-emptive strikes are legal in international law, however, when it is later discovered that we had nothing to pre-empt, that's when legal issues arise. We changed our story to 'at least we overthrew an evil man'. Invasion for the purpose of regime change is illegal in international law.

Do you have to be his facebook "friend" to read his status ?

If so, then it's ironic. All the people who've joined his friends who clearly thought he was a dick in the first place.

The only argument surrounding the attack on Iraq centres on whether an attack was legitimate based on already outstanding security council resolution(s).

Chapter 7 or 8 of the UN Charter authorises the use of force as an act of self defence (i.e. in response to the 11/9 attacks)

It is a bull**** war but blaming the brave, manipulated young soldiers who are being sent to their death is not right whichever way you look at it.

Realistically, I think Anthony Small is doing all this for publicity.
He thrives on being the bad guy and he knows that will put bums on seats, because fans have figured out he's a boring crappy fighter 90% of the time.
This game, it's just like WWE wrestling.
It's quite amusing that so many are really taking the bait. I dont think he's a good enough fighter to be worthy of the bad guy role.
